Edit: My husband banged it a little against the door and it worked. Looks nice and it's functional, the problem was because of the state of the door, not the handle!Ill start by saying this is exactly what we wanted. Black matte minimalist modern sturdy handle. Looks great. Now the only thing I'm still battling with is installing the Lock's interior plate. It's supposed to be completely held by one tiny screw in the corner but there is absolutely no hole where that screw is going. So I guess we have to screw until it's created, but even though I have a new little hole there, the whole plate comes off very easily. I've tried several things and it will still not stay in places it is frankly frustrating and it feels like a design fault. Please if anyone has a solution for this problem I would like to order another one for the garage door, but won't so until I get a solution for this.... :(

Just had to write about this for others to see. Received as a set, moderate price, fairly heavy duty, but finish does not match between set. This was ordered as flat black, deadbolt came as shiny black and handle is borderline bronze. The other item to be sure and check is the backset latch. Description states adjustable 2-3/8 to 2-3/4”. I received the adjustable 2-3/8 to 2-3/4 latch for the handle, but the deadbolt only came as a fixed 2-3/8 backset. My door has a 2-3/4 backset, so I do not see how this hardware can be used for anything else except a 2-3/8 backset door. Fyi- most interior doors are 2-3/8 and most exterior doors have 2-3/4 backset. Good luck~

Bought 7 privacy, 4 hall and 1 deadbolt. Very heavy construction. Instructions, as usual for items made in China, were minimal and poorly written. Enough difference between them and Schlage that I had to reconfigure the holes to make them fit. Length of lingua bolt a bit short. Had to chisel the openings for the strike plate on every lock. They look great and constructed well. Returned one lock for credit but had to pay postage.

I was not impressed with this product. I tried to install it and had issues getting everything to align, and the only way it would fit was if I installed the lock upside down. I used an amazon basics handle that was less than half the price and it was much higher quality.

These handles were on the higher end in price but I bought them since they looked nice. However, when I pulled them out I could tell they were not made as well as the mainline brands. In addition they didn't feel as sturdy. I didn't bother trying to install as you can definitely buy higher quality handles for less.

So this was installed today and looks great but feels cheap when using the levers to open the door. The latch does not completely hold the door tight against the seal of the frame. Had to bend the frame latch plate tab to make it hold the handle latch tighter and the door more snug to the frame. However, can feel the mechanism in my hand of the handle too much when operating it. It is not a smooth handle opening the door.

Would have given this 5 stars but the instructions were confusing and I ended up tossing them aside to make it work. If I didn't have any experience with locks, I don't think I would have figured it out. On the plus side, the hardware seems to be very sturdy and it looks great.

The door handles are very well made and thick. The bad thing is when we purchased it showed a photo where one side was a key lock and the other side locked by hand but when we received two sets they both lock by key from both sides. Not a huge issue but I wish we would have seen this before purchase. We are very happy as they add a modern look to the doors.

The Product was easy to install and of good quality. I had some initial problems with delivery and some items but the supplier was very responsive and sorted out the issues quickly.

Missing 2 lever and I have to paid postage for return , never again
