I've changed thousands of diapers in my life, maybe tens of thousands, and after Five times of using my hand to put cream on a tush I stumbled upon these. I don’t care what anyone says- this thing is terrific and we use it everyday. This is our third one, we have one in each of our kid’s bedrooms as well as a travel one in the diaper bag. Do you NEED it? No. Does it allow you to slather diaper cream on a booty without getting it on your hands or under your nails? Yes. The size is good, it is soft and flexible and we like that it suctions to the dresser so you don’t have to worry about it falling over and getting diaper cream everywhere. It’s easy enough to wipe clean with a baby wipe. Well worth the money.

I wish I had invented this item. It is absolutely a necessary purchase for anyone with a baby. Instead of getting your fingers and nails all gooey with diaper rash ointment, you use this little paddle at it goes on easy and smooth, no mess no fuss. I was babysitting for my daughter and couldn’t believe she didn’t have this so I went on Amazon and purchased it and it arrived the next day. When she’s back in town, she’s either going to tell me that she had one in the baby bag or that she didn’t realize there was such a thing available. Either way, a great purchase for a great price. I purchased the full size item, can’t imagine why you’d want a small one, but maybe for a baby bag.

As much as I love and rely on reviews, I must admit, I don’t generally write them. I love this product so much that I felt compelled. Firstly, I love the story behind this product. When I received it and read the package, I knew it was developed by a mother who believed in what she had created. It’s just indispensable. If you’ve ever tried to apply diaper cream with your fingers, you’ll know that it’s just messy. Diaper cream is a product designed to stay put; so trying to remove it can be a little difficult. Especially around the nail bed. If your little one squirms? You‘ll find it has spread to every surface in a three foot radius. Not only does the Baby Bum Brush keep your hands clean, it’s application is so precise. It really allows you to evenly coat the affected areas with so much control. The flexibility and thin profile helps you to get diaper cream into all the little folds and crevices with ease. I’ve also found that you tend to use a lot less cream to achieve the desired results. It’s impossible to get such an even and thin layer of product using your fingers. I appreciate the suction cup at the bottom. It allows you to stick it in place while you try to re-diaper a squirmer without risking a mess. Speaking of messes, it’s so easy to clean! A couple swipes with a wipe and you’re done. Really. It’s that easy! I have two sets and have to keep talking myself out of buying a third. (Just in case.) We keep one in the nursery, one in our diaper changing kit on the first floor, one in the diaper bag and one at my parents for when they have the baby. I plan to buy every new parent I know a set. It will be one of the most useful baby products you own.

We’ve purchased several of these to use with our kids. So useful. Easy to clean off and they make the job so much more effective. This is my go-to gift at every baby shower.

So nice not getting diaper rash cream on my hands anymore. So easy to swipe on LO’s little booty and then clean with a wet wipe for next use. I don’t use the suction feature so can’t review that.
