TravelproTourlite Laptop Backpack

Just finished 30 day trip to Britain with 3 flights and 5 train rides carrying this backpack. I ordered it from Amazon because the Travel Pro website was out of stock and the price was right. With the strap on the back, it fits over the handle on your roller cases easily, freeing you to roll one unitized set of luggage. 3 roomy compartments separate items according to size. Easily fit under airline seats, even on smaller planes. No visible wear from this trip. Looks like it will hold up well.

I really like this backpack as it fits well on my small frame yet can be adjusted if my husband wishes to take it for overnight. It is very roomy and I can fit 3-5 days of clothing in it depending on the season plus extra shoes, toiletry bag, laptop and kindle and a few extras. I like that it is easy to access everything and opens nicely. I travel at least every month and sometimes more frequently and this bag has been wearing well. Still looks new.

I use this backpack for work travel once per month and one of the shoulder straps separated at the seam while walking through the airport. I have submitted a warranty claim with TravelPro but am not optimistic they will honor it. I purchased this in September of 2024.

The media could not be loaded. The only thing that could be improved is add anti-theft clips to zippers, and a back hidden pocket, but great overall.

I am disappointed with this backpack. Barely four months after purchase a strap tore off. See pictures. I had used the pack lightly and did not put excessive weight in it. It is disappointing because in many ways the pack is ideal in terms of size, compartment design and comfort. However the stitching is insufficiently strong at weak points on the shoulder straps at the top where they connect to the pack and around the buckles. This makes the pack liable to tears such as I experienced. I have had other backpacks for years and never experienced this.I was further disappointed at the very poor customer service. Both Portmantos (the Amazon seller) and Travelpro are very hard to reach. I tried to reach them prior to writing this review to give them an opportunity to make redress, but when I did reach them they were not helpful at all, hence my overall rating of 2 stars. TravelPro's website boasts of the durability of their products. Based on my experience that is a joke.

Great to put on top of your travel, pro suitcase, or other suitcases, durable and good looking

Well - made backpack that is semi-rigid, which helps it keep it's shape, but makes it a bit large for day to day use. It's good for carrying extra stuff, that doesn't fit in suitcase, but a little large for storing under seat in airplane. It's very comfortable to wear, even when full. All pockets zip up, so you don't have to worry about things falling out. I was looking for a backpack that I could use while touring day to day. This was too big for that. It was great for carrying back my extra purchases at the end of my trip. Good size for laptop or tablet.

Love Travel Pro products! I have several different pieces of their luggage and they hold up very well to the harshness of travel. I never have to worry about my luggage. The size of this pack is just right. Enough room for you essentialsn and then some, but not so large you overpack and it get's too heavy. The only thing I would like to see improved is the water bottle pocket.
