Good quality, a little thin but it’s fine!Some prints are engraved into the surface while some are just inks on the surface. Guess it depends on the color(?).Customer service was quick to respond to my request and did some customizations that they originally said not possible. Really appreciate that!I gave a 4 star not 5 because i dont usually give 5. Unless it’s extraordinary.

I was surprised how sturdy and usable it is. When I travel, I put my wallet, passport, and phone in my front pocket for protection. I was worried it would be too big but it works for me. Its flexible enough to work. It also allows me to keep my Global Entry card with the passport instead of my wallet. I like to keep them together. For me, it has worked out wonderfully and I like my name and quote on the front... pretty cool.
