this is a good machine and wireless. the only drawback is the same as all others. the supplies are pricey. I like that it can scan and fax.

Paired with the instant ink HP service, this has been the easiest printer I’ve ever worked with. The wireless printing from phone and computer are easy to set up and use. Only thing I wish it had was a feeder tray for scanning, but it’s not a deal breaker given everything else and how compact it is.

I have had my printer for awhile and it works great. I did purchase the subscription for ink from hp ink it I don't print a lot so it is cost effective for me to use it. It was easy to set up and link my phone and wifi to.

Except that the only way to have it is to do an ink subscription with HP, about $4 a month. Sure you can buy your own ink somewhere but you will have errors ALL THE TIME. It knows and purposely will throw you errors. Also, after one year the print heads go bad and it will make you take it to an HP repair center. The repair bill will be as much as a new printer so plan on buying once a year unless you buy the repair contract then it will last forever lolTrust me, I own 6 of these.

I've had it for over 1 year and it still works amazing. The print is perfect everytime. The only major flaw I have noticed is sometimes other devices cannot print from it without it giving the printer not being available signal.

Works very well. Easy to use whether faxing, scanning or copying. I have had several copy machines and this one by far his been the best and had lasted the longest.

The printer itself is just ok, for whatever reason it logs off from my server regularly. My biggest issue is the ink replacement plan. You pay for pages over x/month, but no way to confirm. Even worse, once you sign up for the auto ship ink replacement plan, you cannot ever quit or HP will disable the printer. They forget to call that out on the signip page. Also, if a cartridge is low, nothing works, you can't even use the scanner! All in all a disappointment.

I love this printer it easy to use and replace the color cartridge's. The connection to your computer is easy.
