Haven't had any problems, everything seems correct and it's very easy to use I love it so far if you need to change the unit there is a button on the backside to do so. No cons just pros great for the price buy it if your interested I was skeptical about how cheap it is but it works just fine.

Just received my scale the setup with the app was pretty easy. Weighed me accurately according to my doctor I was 135 scale gave me 131.5 which I may have lost weight due to working out. Overall great purchase. I bought to keep track of weight gain

Lol- I’m reluctant to give this thing 5 starts because I think it’s mean, but it’s just brutally honest & accurate. Once you put batteries in it & download the app, you just have to open the app & hit the weigh in button. It then downloads a 3 page PDF of your BMI, bone to fat percentage, muscle weight, visceral weight, etc. It also took the initiative to call my body type “beefy,” the body age of 69, & “extremely overweight.” I’m actually 33 so that was quite eye opening. Anyhow, I’m on my way to weight loss, so the report of my unhealthiness was essential in my weight loss journey.

The item appeared exactly as in picture, delivered on time and made of good quality material.Very nice product that too at a very reasonable price. the best part of this product is it can measure the body fat and also transfer it to health related apps such as AppleHealth or GooglFit etc.Over all, This is a good product and I highly recommend friends or a family member.

Connection to phone was quick. The app was able to transfer data to Fitbit Versa app instantly. The only issue was when I was downloading the app, my anti virus said this app may be dangerous so I was a little concerned. The scale and what it does is very good. It senses your body and gives you a lot of data. How accurate I do not know but it is something to go with and adjust your life accordingly.

This is the first smart scale that I have purchased. It was much cheaper than the smart scale that is on the market from Fitbit. This scale just fit my budget better and was easier on the pocket book. It was very simple to download the app and sync data to my phone. It for sure doesn't have as much integration to my Fitbit as if I had gotten the Fitbit scale, however it functions well and serves its purpose. I would recommend this scale if you are looking for a well priced buy that functions the same way as other smart scales. The information that it tracks for you is very helpful! I am satisfied and would recommend to others!

QUIT WORKING AND ATE BATTERIES LIKE CRAZY!The app announces the basic results verbally (with a clear Asian accent) and gives the other extremely detailed facts in a visual display. It was simple to set up and kept a detailed history in case you couldn't remember what the facts were previously. I believe the verbal announcement of your weight can be turned off too.It is a sharp looking, easy to clean household item. I have recommended it to others!

Cute scale. It is a sharp looking, easy to clean household item. I purchased it in black. I would recommended it to others if they need a basic bathroom scale. The app? hmmm...it's not the best in my opinion. It was simple to set up and keeps a detailed history of your info. I believe the verbal announcement of your weight can be turned off. Nor am I sure if it has the most "politically correct" verbiage either, but to each his own.

They come with 3 batteries so good to go.User guide is very simple and easy to download. The accuracy is perfectly correct as I checked with my previous body mass result.Very good quality and smart look. Gosh I love it.

I bought these scales to replace an old set.The scales came with it's own batteries and tape measure.The LED screen is large and bright so easy to read, you have the choice of weighing in lbs or kg, we use the lbs.I use google to convert to stones.I have not tried the mobile app as I'm tracking my own way so I cannot rate this.I love the design and how sturdy it is, I'm a large lady so I get frightened in case I break things but with this it's not the case.Over all I'm a happy customer.

I found this scale to have a very comprehensive set of functions. I was a little aprehensive about setting it all up but it was easy to do. I kept my old scale in the bathroom for a week so I could compare accuracy and I am pleased to say that it was spot on. Less expensive than many other brands but I can not fault it. It is also very lightweight and wasy to move around the bathroom. Delighted

It’s easy to use and once the mobile app is downloaded ‘scale up’ it’s so straight forward. Can help you gain or loose weight plus every other aspect in your body. The accuracy is amazing plus outlinging your water, protein, muscle mass, fat and literally so much more.
