I bought this after I decided to make pastry for the first time - I'm a bit of a novice so I loved the idea that the measurements were on the surface of the mat for you to use. The fact the rolling pin is metal is great - it could be a little harder as it a thin outer tube with nothing solid inside, my mother always used to use a solid marble rolling pin which felt great and was a lot studier for cold dough, but this set is good and does what it is intended to do. I'd like to mention this is very easy to clean and doesn't take up much space either o perfect for smaller kitchens like mine. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a set - whether you're new like me or you're a better chef who cooks more regularly.

Just used the mat for the first time to knead dough on. Fantastic, it didn't stick to the mat, if anything my hands were covered in dough. The mat stayed perfectly in place whilst I knead the bread. Really saves using the natural wood worktops, always dubious that cleaning sticky dough off the worktop will ruin it. The mat came clean very easily with a soapy sponge. Dried with a teatowel and left to dry fully naturally. Not yet used the rolling pin, but it's long and feels a great weight to work with.

good quality roller and very serviceable mat. however, the rubber depth bands concern me, they easily become detached and could be lost in washing and do not inspire me with confidence in their durability. The WHOLE POINT of a rolling pin which allows perfect depth pastry rolling surely is the means of controlling the depth, I am unconvinced the flimsy rubber bands will prove a serviceable fitting. However, the pin itself looks and feels nice and the mat is great. Had I seen the rubber bands before buying I may well have looked for an alternative with screw on ends

Used this mat and rolling pin for baking, pastry, etc. Non stick, easy to clean, you need a decent sized worktop area for the mat. The rolling pin and measuring guides are great for pizza bases and its helped the kids learn about food too!

Excellent product. The rolling pin is fantastic, I like the option to increase or reduce thickness of pastry and it is very easy to clean. The mat is great and grips very well, also very easy to clean has well.

Absolutely love it.. Much better than a wooden one and you can put in the fridge.. The mat is massive.. And does just the job... A tad expensive... But worth it... Also arrived pretty fast.. Thank you

It comes well boxed and rolled, rather than folded as other mats do. It matters, it seems, because the folded versions apparently have creases in them. Grips surfaces incredibly well and is also most definitely non-stick. Used to kneed bread dough and it never stuck to the mat once. Rolling pin and attachments are of a fine quality.

Très pratique, assez facile à laver. Et surtout sa grande taille est un bon atout pour ne plus mettre de la farine partout !! La pate ne colle pas à condition de bien mettre de la farine partout y compris sur le rouleau. La matière est agréable au toucher et à utiliser

Eigentlich wollt eich nur einen Edelstahl-Teigroller, aber da die Matte auch dabei, nahm ich dieses Angebot gleich an. Natürlich ist das Schlagwort "Antihaft" nicht ganz wörtlich zu nehmen, aber allemal besser als auf der Arbeitsplatte (und gleich deswegen auch weniger Sauerei zum Wegputzen) oder auf einem Holzbrett und wesentlich besser als mein althergedienter Holzteigroller. Die Angaben auf der Backunterlage sind auch Gold wert, sodass ich die gewünschte, ausgerollte Größe nicht mehr per Augenmaß bestimmen muss - wo ich mich auch noch nach Jahren gehörig verschätze. Die Abstandhalter für den Teigroller sind einfach raufzugeben und runterzunehmen und sind ein nächstes Indiz für meine nicht vorhandene Schätzkraft - ein halber Zentimeter wird nun ein halber Zentimeter und keine 2 oder 15mm mehr ;) Die Skala am Teigroller braucht man aufgrund der Skalen auf der Matte eigentlich eh nicht mehr. Sogar bei glutenfreien Teigen, die in der Regel ja ordentlich klebrig sind, macht sich die Kombi überraschend gut. Zum Reinigen einfach unter laufendes heisses Wasser halten, die grobe Reste ev. vorher entfernen (Stichwort: "klebriger Teig"), ein bisschen drüber"streicheln" und trocknen lassen. Einzig etwas größere Ringe für dickere Teige fehlen mir, aber das wusste ich schon vorher, von daher gibt's auch die volle Sternezahl.

Ich benutze die Matte sehr oft, das restliche habe ich jedoch noch garnicht benutzt. Da ich aber sehr zufrieden mit der Matte war, habe ich Sie weiter empfohlen, so habe ich es mehrfach bestellt. Nun kann sich die Mama und die Tante über ihr Geschenk freuen 👍🏼

Il prodotto è arrivato assolutamente nei tempi. Il tracciamento del pacco è stato perfetto: ho capito in tempo reale che stavano per recapitarmelo. La stuoia è bella, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e sembra di ottima qualità. Il mattarello in acciaio mi sembra eccezionale con i suoi anelli per graduare lo spessore dell'impasto. Davvero un'ottima trovata! Il tutto è inserito in una bella scatola che aiuta a riporre con cura stuoia, mattarello e anelli. Non vedo l'ora di usarli! L'ho usato e posso dire che è molto pratico. Gli anelli ancora non mi sono stati utili ma sono certa che presto imparerò ad usarli.

Utilissimo, facile da pulire ma specialmente, comprandolo, si aiuta l'ambiente!
