Ketone Control Solution for use with KetoSens Blood Ketone Monitor

I’ve been doing keto/carnivore for almost two years. There are times that when u check your ketones you know around about where your number is... but the meter is saying something else. This control solution is very easy to use & calibrates it perfectly every time. Put your strip into the machine. Press & hold the right arrow button until the little icon starts blinking in the top right corner. Shake the yellow bottle then add one drop to the strip where your blood would go. It’s easier to squeeze a drop somewhere first so u know how it flows. You get the results. Mine always goes to 0.8

This is the only way to go. The urine strips don’t work but this gave me a .9 and I know right away that I’m in keto. Might reorder more strips. Only check now about once every two months.

Purchased to test if the Keto Sense meter works properly and it does. Wish they were a little cheaper since they do expire and you won't use the whole bottle

I let go of the fact that you shouldn’t sell a device that doesn’t include solution to calibrate it…first device didn’t work. Unfortunately I’ve tried with two devices now and the device doesn’t work and I’m not certain the solution does either. Never got a test above .8 on the Control A or 2.4 on the Control B and my own test only read LO…after fasting 18:6 for 4 days. I give up.

Works great! I had to buy some type of solution to go with it because it didn't come with it. I was still able to use the kit and it worked.
