The photos show spools, what you get is a loose coil in a clear plastic box...Still 2mm round leather cord and the right length, but not good for doing shows. Too easy for it to tangle into a big knotted mess.

nice leather cord, it is a bit oily/waxy but that will wear off. it also has a chemical smell, that will wear off too. i place in the garage for a few days to breath, it was in a tight plastic package, so this will help. nice color.

Love this cord for my jewelry making. I now have several sizes for various beads to fit on for bracelets. Highly recommend.

This particular bundle of leather came with a strong mildew odor…I thought that I could rid it of with a few days in the sun thinking it was only on the surface. After a few weeks and the item’s odor was still as strong as it was on the day that I received it, I sprayed it with Lysol in hopes of killing whatever it was giving it the odor. After a few more weeks in the sun and another application of Lysol, I noticed the odor hadn’t been elevated. Having endured enough of this odor- I am also allergic to mold- I unraveled the whole yardage of it to find that the leather was in fact sticking to itself with a mold that went all the way down several layers to the core- with its mold. I had to submerge it all in detergent and bleach for several hours, rinse and repeat the bleach again because it still smelled of mold- for several more hours overnight, hang up to dry in the sun- spraying with more Lysol once more as slight moldy odor still tried to remain- in hopes that this would finally die. After drying in the sun for 5+ hours the odor I think I’ve finally killed it, but will leave it in the sun for another day. This product although listed as new, was ancient- and apparently subjected to mold then sold out as new. Deceptive sub standard product.

As soon as I took this leather cording out of the package I could smell the leather. It smells so good. Western. Great for Cowboys....or Cowgirls too. The color is stunning.

I've used almost 2/3's of the cord on one necklace due to the cord cracking at the pendant then completely breaking apart while tightening the knots. I have other cordage from Konmay and it's good for my projects, except for these last 2 orders.

I ordered a 2.0mm last year I think (from another seller on Amazon), and got a 3.0mm instead. Ever since I got mixed up so much, I ordered a 1.5mm which was too small (from somewhere else), so I was reluctant in getting the 2.0mm. But finally got it!!! Thank you for being genuine, and for supplying the most fresh leather string I ever smelled. ;) PERFECT!
