Adjustable Width Shoes

I have wanted these for a while and splurged on them. I have been taking my aqua jogging belt and these shoes out with me on my paddle board. The shoes give such great resistance. I absolutely love these. What a perfect workout!

I didn’t like because they were too small for me and then hurt my toes.

These are great for exercising your legsand building some muscle. Just be careful if you’re using them in the shallow end ofthe pool. Unless you have very short feet, you can easily stub your toes on the pool bottom. It really hurts if you’re moving fast! I’d have given 5 stars if they were longer. Using them along with my pool dumbbells creates a great low-impact workout!

Like all Aqua Jogger products, the footwear is comfortable and well built. However, the level of resistance provided is low to moderate. I have been using Zura foot floats (no longer available), which provide more resistance and a better workout. The Aqua Runners RX, by comparison, felt like a walk in the park. They may be just what you need if you are recovering from an injury or if you are just beginning to exercise. But if you are active and fit, you may find them to be of little benefit.

My wife loves to run in the water. She needed new aqua jogger shoes and her favorite color is purple. She also loves the purple waist belt .

I read reviews that said they were too small and didn't believe that it was possible for them to be a small as they are. Do not purchase these for an adult unless their shoe size is maybe a five at the most. These are not for wide feet.

This product works well for pool running just the right amount of resistance. They fit well and are not bulky

These Aquajoggers are just what I needed to ramp up my water aerobics class. I had been wanting to add some resistance to my workout and when I found these I knew I had to try them. I am so glad I did. They fit great and are easy to put on. I have a size 9 1/2 shoe size. My teacher also ordered herself a pair. They make my workout so much more enjoyable because i know I am burning more calories and toning up my legs at the same time. I would recommend these to anyone who would like to get more out of their water workouts.

They don't present a lot of resistance for doing leg excercises but they keep your float to do pool walks, jogger and other aquafit exercises. They are comfortable as well I am a size 9 in Canada with narrow feet

Not exactly what I expected , but the Physio people say it works
