Physician's CHOICE Curcumin Meriva 500 - Clinically Studied - Better Absorption Than Ordinary Turmeric Curcumin Supplements - Scientifically Researched Joint Support - 120 Capsules

I have been using this brand of curcumin for about a year and keep it on my subscription list. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 more in the evening and I do believe it has made a noticeable difference in my joint comfort and overall systemic inflammation levels. I had previously give up on Turmeric a few times because the capsules were too large to swallow, but this extracted active ingredient allows for smaller capsules that I have no difficultly with. This is one of my can't do without supplements and this brand has delivered quality and affordability.

Upon receiving this product, I was immediately impressed. Product came exceptionally well packaged in an attractive box with a strong seal. Directions were clear and concise. Upon opening the box, the bottle itself was well sealed for safety. The gold coloring was attractive, but still easy to read. Pills themselves didn't cause you to burp up strange tastes, which is something I'm always grateful for. If I was to dock any points for this product it would be the size of the capsules. Larger than I would have thought, but still easy enough to swallow. Also, these little guys are made in the USA, which to me is very important. They are also clinically backed, which I think adds to their credibility. Now, for the results of these little gold wonders.. I am a thyroid cancer survivor, who suffers from extreme pain and discomfort in my legs and arms. It seems my joints are losing mobility and just ache and ache. I've had a slew of particularly tough days, and then these arrived. I took them mid day (as my thyroid medication prevents me from taking supplements in the morning), and I noticed reduced stiffness, and pain in my joints. I could actually move around and get chores done without being in constant pain. I can't say it 100 percent healed me, but it certainly gave me my life back, and allowed me to function like a normal human being. The greatest part... I was able to sleep without constantly waking because my legs were in pain! I totally recommend giving these a try for those who suffer from joint pain and stiffness.

I have been taking Tylenol for Arthritis and prescribed Naproxen for my arthritis pain. I was in pain so badly one day I called my doctor and told him he had to pump up my prescription because I wasn't getting any relief, was just hurting day and night. He told me to add a Tumeric supplement to my regimen, and I read around to figure out what what the best type for arthritis pain relief. The Tumeric/Meriva was touted as best, so I decided to get this. I took one pill in the morning each day for a week and I noticed I wasn't hurting as badly as I had been. After the first week, I started taking one in the morning and one at night (as suggested on the bottle, 2 a day). Within a week after that, I could walk a lot better without the pain in my legs and knees and my arm and hand weren't aching so much. Right before rain comes, like 3 days prior, I'm usually unable to do anything but lay in bed with a heating pad on. Well, it's pouring outside and I did have a little soreness a few days ago, but nothing like before taking this supplement. I'm thrilled my doctor suggested it, and I love that this product is working so well for me.

I was skeptical. I honestly didn’t think this would help me, but I was exhausted of constantly having to stretch/crack my joints for pain relief all day. Typical meds haven’t helped much and I’m not interested in medical/surgical treatment. I researched curcumin and absorption. It was worth $30 to try something, and this brand was in the top choices I found. After 3 days of taking 2 pills twice per day, I noticed a huge change in my pain. I couldn’t believe it...and I’m still kind of surprised it’s working so well! I’ve been taking this for about 1 month now, and I still feel about 80% relief. I’ve also unexpectedly noticed improvement in my skin (less redness/acne). This could be from the curcumin reducing inflammation overall. I didn’t buy this for skin, but it has been a bonus effect! I definitely recommend this for joint pain!! If you’re hurting, try it!

I gave it 4 stars because although I use it and feel good, I don't have many problems anyway. I gave some to my daughter who says she can't do without it. She would give it FIVE stars.

I have bought other supplements from this brand so they were my first choice when I was thinking about adding curcumin in the mix to boost fat burning. I saw that it was formulated for joint pain and since I am a runner, I was like well this is an added bonus! As always with their stuff, the capsules are nice and thick and I don't think i'll have to worry about finding broken ones on the bottom like I do with the Walmart ones. I think that within a couple of days I already had some reduction in the popping/grinding feeling I get in my ankle when I run long distance...whichis really good since I'm training for a half marathon. Definitely going to keep this in my line up!

Very late expiry date. External condition raises questions about how it has been stored.
