Real thing ...
I used to take Nature's Way lozenges for years, until the xylitol began bothering my tunny before bed. So I switch. I take two of these right at bedtime. And my Fit Bit shows my sleep pattern very sound and regular. And they are tiny and easy to swallow. I just bought 2 more bottles.

So glad we got away from a natural chemicals to help with sleep. I sleep most nights now. As does my down syndrome son of 32. I recommend this alternative to a better sleep.
