The 1st set that I ordered from Amazon, which were a different brand than these were more similar to the those from the Dr. Unfortunatly, although this pack offered more shoe altering options and therefore seemed like a better deal, missed the mark. These were lacking in support on overall comfort. The others I previously purchased were silicon and had more of a dome shape to lift the metarsal heads and stretch the arch than these.
