These do not cycle
Do not buy these if you're intending to use them for practice cycling and testing your rifle is working correctly after cleaning tear down. Like others have stated, these are great for practicing malfunctions and jams. The first cartridge does not eject allowing the second to be forced into it.

Best dummy rounds for the money
These dummy rounds are perfect and you definitely can't beat them at this price point. They cycle every time, but don't be afraid to be aggressive when cycling. Those having jamming issues are most likely holding back. Also after loading the magazine, slap the back of the mag to seat the shells evenly. And one other thing about the recessed primer and dry firing. "Dry firing is bad for firing pin" is a myth, except for maybe rimfire rounds and is why these rounds are designed this way. Dry firing your AR is absolutely fine. It's been discussed on many forums.

Works great in my AR 15...
I have read all the concerns and failures about other brands and I decided to buy these practice rounds bc this was claiming to be using authentic brass shells from Winchester...Sure enough, it is identical. The tip is plastic and smaller than the real round's tip would be but they performed perfectly. I was using a "quick loader" to load a fixed magazine in my rifle, at least 50x, then ejecting them manually one by one... The rounds performed beautifully... Now that the rounds are showing quite a bit of ware and tare (no wonder) I'm going to buy another set.... Highly recommend this brand!

These work, but quality is mediocre.
These will get damaged during extraction. Unlike others, I had no problems getting them to cycle at all. I suspect some people need to oil their weapons better.

These work very nicely for testing the action and function of your AR after cleaning and inspection or installing upgrades.
