Good for lost weight loss.
Good product for people who've lose weight, You should know the pros and cons to these types of clothes. Scroll down if you don't want more info I think is helpful.. Before I get into that I'd like like to recommend (if you are using this because you have excess skin and some fat it's NOT a magic shirt to make you lose weight. It's to help keep things in place if you have lost weight and have that extra skin) one peice compression shirt and short combo. Those have there own pros and cons but that will be better for causal days and low labor, I personally use this product when I'm working because the one peice doesn't roll up at all.. now with the pros and cons.PROS--insanely comfortable while working (you won't be tugging your shirt down all day)-sticks to your body very well.-great price considering you get both bottom and top.You can change how tight the arms are (some can tighten the chest. Not this one)Cons-- I might be wrong but every two peice I've seen and gotten have had the zip up or hook up chest. THESE SUCKKKKKKK! It's insanely clear you have something on... That being said THIS one is the least noticable I've worn.- lounging around won't be uncomfortable but it's not as nice as a one peice, the chest usually buckles weird because of the hook/zipper comboTips- I know it says not machine washable or dryable but if you don't sometimes I feel like it doesn't stay as elastic. Don't put it in the dryer all the time but when you feel it needing a tighten up just hand wash it and stick it in the dryer. It's cheap enough to buy more if it does degrade them but I haven't seen anything but benifit from it occasionalyI HIGHLY recommend buying this if you've lost a good portion of weight. I started at 400lbs and first got this at around 250. Now being down to 230 I don't see how I walked around without these items. If you can't afford the surgery this is the next best thing. Congrats on the weight loss!

Time consuming to put on
Under the zipper is a long row of hook clasps. I'm guessing they are there to keep the zipper from ripping out but they are exceedingly tedious to close. This is a little larger than I would like so I would suggest ordering a size down. If you can find a similar product without the hook closures then that would be my suggestion.

A Struggle for Slimness
As a plus-size gentleman, I've always been self-conscious about my tummy bulge. I've tried all sorts of diets, exercises, and even corsets, but nothing seemed to work. So, when I stumbled upon the NonEcho Men Shapewear Tummy Control Full Body Shaper Slimming Bodysuit, I thought it was a sign from the universe that my prayers had been answered.First off, let me tell you that getting into this thing is like trying to put on a tight wetsuit while being covered in oil. It's a workout in and of itself. And let's not even get started on the bathroom situation - it's like trying to escape from a straightjacket every time nature calls.Once you finally manage to squeeze yourself into the shapewear, the results are...mixed. On the one hand, I definitely looked slimmer and more toned. On the other hand, I looked like I had been stuffed into a sausage casing. And don't even think about trying to hide it under tight clothes - the shapewear creates its own lumps and bumps that are just as noticeable. But here's the real kicker - the darn thing kept riding up! I spent the entire day pulling it down and adjusting it, feeling like I was constantly on the verge of a wardrobe malfunction. And when I finally managed to get home and take it off, I swear I heard angels singing. All in all, I'd give the NonEcho Men Shapewear Tummy Control Full Body Shaper Slimming Bodysuit a solid one out of five stars. It's uncomfortable, unflattering, and downright exhausting to wear. But hey, if you're in the market for a good laugh (or want to give your significant other a chuckle), go ahead and give it a try. Just be prepared for some serious wedgie action. When it comes to choosing the best men's shapewear, there are several parameters to consider:1. Comfort: Shapewear should be comfortable to wear all day. Look for products made from soft and breathable materials that provide good ventilation and do not cause any irritation.2. Compression: Choose shapewear that offers the right amount of compression for your needs. Too little compression will not provide the desired results, while too much compression can be uncomfortable and even harmful.3. Style: Men's shapewear comes in various styles, such as briefs, tank tops, and full-body suits. Choose a style that fits your body type and targets the areas you want to shape and define.4. Durability: Look for shapewear that is made from high-quality materials and designed to last. The product should retain its shape and compression after multiple washes.5. Size and fit: Make sure to choose shapewear that fits you well. The wrong size can cause discomfort and prevent the shapewear from working properly.6. Breathability: Look for shapewear that is designed with breathable materials, so you don't feel too hot and uncomfortable throughout the day.7. Moisture-wicking properties: Men's shapewear with moisture-wicking properties is ideal, particularly if you're an active person who sweats a lot. Such materials keep you dry and comfortable all day long.8. Ease of Use: Consider the ease of putting on and removing the shapewear. Look for products that have easy to use features like hooks or zippers.By considering these parameters, you can find the best men's shapewear for your needs.

Really impressed even tho skeptical.
Loved everything about it. The package got here and couldn't wait to try it on. I've seen alot of mixed reviews so here's just my experience. I'm almost 340lbs at 6 feet and got this to try and make it easier for me to work out. If you're a big guy and working out you understand how uncomfortable and painful it can be fighting gravity. The fit was spot on, I got a 2xl even tho I wear 3x sometimes 4x for a loose fit. For reference at Walmart I get 3xl and it's a really good fit. Really comfortable breathable material, I was really surprised. Easy access in the crotch area for when you gotta go but no acces in the back but the shapewear is not too hard to take off. I've seen other reviews saying you have to undo every single locket but that's not the case. I put all the little lockets together and than slide right in and when in need to take off just slide right out of it, super easy. The pros outweighs the cons in my opinion really good product for the price.

Runs very big
According to their size chart I should get a 2XL. I read the reviews before purchasing and ordered an XL instead. I’m 39” chest, 34” waist. The fabric itself is quite stretchy so I suggest you order your waist dude that is about 4” smaller than your actual waist. I’m going to get a size Medium instead
