My favorite mid-run way to fuel. Easy to open tubes for quick access and the tube shape makes it easy to store half in a running vest or belt. Easy to chew and they taste better than most other gels or gummies out there. May be a bit large for some folks.

Great fuel for workout! Tasty and just enough caffeine to keep me going.

They are delicious and just what you need during a run. The tester is very good and doesn't stick to your teeth. Delivery box was smashed and items were all over the inside of the bag.

Good for mountain biking. Great when you need energy and some calories, but you do not want to eat or chew. Good flavor, but I prefer the sours.

Amazing before my run, and during my long run. After 2 years taking gels where they bother my stomach, I finally founded the cliff gels cubes where they doesn’t upset my stomach, they give me energy, and they are easy to chew during the run or race. Highly recommend

Love the Clif blocs, work well for hard/summer work outs. The strawberry flavor was fine, but not as good as the watermelon. The price was less, so worth a try.

These are great! Taste is amazing and they're easy to carry while training (not too big for pockets).

these are really good if you feel like you are going to die and then you eat two or three you feel better in 10 min or so
