Kinetic by Kurt Fixed Riser Ring (Black)

I ride a lot and train in the garage, and this works well. It is made from hard plastic, is lightweight, and is able to hold myself (230lbs) and bike solidly. Other reviews state that it is pricey for what it is, but I don't have to worry about it cracking or becoming useless. if you want something that works well and is built to last, this is for you.

I have had this a while. Very durable! I like the different heights. Simple to use and looks like it will last years.

This ring, at the lowest cut-out, makes the bike level when in the trainer. The higher cut-outs are useful but could be even higher to simulate hills. My friend, who was a Tour de France professional rider and recommended the Kurt Kinetic Trainer, places her front tire up on a cinder block. Placing this ring on a 4" block gave me the same effect. So, while not necessary for raising the the front tire (other cheaper solutions are possible) this does add stability and functions well.

Solid, but when you slide it across an un-carpeted concrete floor, it makes a fingernails-on-chalkboard noise that would wake the dead. And you can't avoid having to slide it into the right position. Your fitness level will increase but your hearing may get worse over time.

A good simple riser ring with 3 height choices. Covers all the basics I need for trainer rides. Solid value with discount.

This item is tough and works exactly as described... But BEWARE of one thing: Don't be an idiot like me and not read the full description and buy this riser because it is a little less expensive than similar ones. This one DOES NOT have the rotating carousel built in. It is stationary. It turns out that I ordered this, less expensive, version by accident, as I thought it was the rotating version. But once I started Zwifting on it, I liked it, and at least for now, I don't want the other kind.

Great ring. I say this as a guy who has a lot of ring-shaped things in his possession. This one helps me crush it on Zwift AND doubles as part of my wardrobe when I do D&D cosplay. Who's the King of the Indoor Road. I am. And you can be, too. One size fits all.

Cumple perfecto el propósito para lo que fue creado y lo que me gustó más es que tiene diferentes alturas para ajustarla en la concavidad que te acomode. Los otros modelos solo tienen 1 y si no se ajusta a lo que buscas pues… Muy buen producto

Tiene un diámetro de unos 22 cm. Me ha sorprendido el tamaño y lo ligero que es el producto. Es una pieza de plástico rígido con plásticos blandos antideslizantes en la parte inferior. En el parqué, al menos, el antideslizamiento es muy bueno. Después de hacer rodillo con bicicleta de carretera, puedo decir que es muy estable y que la rueda queda bien anclada. Tiene tres alturas posibles para la rueda, y también admite varios grosores. Creo que la rueda no baila una vez has dejado el peso de los brazos y el tronco sobre el manillar.
