Adult’s Chewable Multi-Vitamin

My husband and I have taken these chewable vitamins for years. We find them very effective. They are tasty and ‘go down’ easily. We notice a definite boost in energy. I’ve never been able to take vitamin tablets because compressed tablets make me nauseous. Highly recommend this product

Great multivitamin

I have tried many vitamins over the years. This is the only one that I have been able to take consistently without eating meals, and it never repeats on me. Other vitamins I take with food, and I taste them all day. The flavor takes a little getting used to, but I find it pleasant. A little bit like the old Flintstone vitamins. I also like the very high level of B vitamins which are water-soluble. I always feel like I get a little burst of energy when I take them. You might want to check the fine print and make sure that some of the whole food complex doesn't contain ingredients that you might be allergic to. I have a handful of allergies and have been able to take this pretty consistently. Occasionally I take a few days off if I notice that my body is reacting to the vitamins.

I gravitate towards chewable meds as I don’t like to swallow large pills, therefore I have grown accustomed to horrid tastes. As some others reported, these things are nasty tasting. The humongous size does not help. I have made some life changes that have improved my overall health and energy levels, and I really feel these vitamins and minerals have played a role. I plan on continuing taking them.

These chewable multivitamins are easy and enjoyable to take, with a pleasant apple-cinnamon flavor. They provide a good balance of essential vitamins and minerals, making daily supplementation simple. Great for anyone who dislikes swallowing pills.

I have purchased their heart-shaped Vitamin C tablets in the past, so I felt confident that I would like the taste of these vitamins as well. Unfortunately, not. They smelled okay when I opened the bottle. They were easy to chew and swallow. Their initial taste was way too sweet for me, and this coming from a sugar-holic. Their after taste was not too pleasant. I tried to return them, but none of the reasons given for my return was listed, and I was not going to lie just to get my money back. I have since thrown the bottle away because after leaving the initial review, I noticed that my urine was bright yellow and it has taken several days for it to return to a normal color. I am sorry for being so graphic but I was shocked to see it. For this single reason alone, is why I did not consume anymore of this product. UPDATE (10-18-2023): After re-reading my review, I decided that the rating of 3 should have been a 1. I gave the company a partial rating for the heart-shaped vitamin C tablets that I used years ago but I should have focused only on the multivitamins instead.

I can always tell when I do not take this product versus when I do. My urine is significantly much brighter but also helps me urinate more frequently and gives me the energy boost I need for the day rather than energy drinks that make me crash. This is an all-around healthy product to take. It tastes a bit chalky but earthy so a taste I have developed to crave on a daily basis. Totally worth the money!

Works just as described. Made with quality ingredients. You can feel a burst of energy.
