Arrived quickly and saved my home brew from the provided yeast.

As expected

Fast shipper and great prices and product.

Solid IPA yeast. Hops came through well.

Did the job.

Followed instructions to a T and no activity 48 hours after pitching. Wish I could return.... Need to pick up new yeast locally to save batch

When I used this, I found it to be an extremely slow starter (although it is possible that the packages I've gotten are old). I've found that it takes 36- 48+ hours to really take off but then it finishes rapidly after that (note when I used this I was still using a bucket so by taking off I mean airlock activity, not sure how rapidly the krausen develops). I think the yeast works well and doesn't impart many esters (if that's what you're looking for). I've switched though to US-05 because I like seeing activity the next morning (although both this and US-05 seem to ferment the similar flavor wise).

Didn't have what I ordered due to current climate, but quickly offered alternative option. Also gave me free sterilisation pack for the inconvenience.Beer is bubbling away. Cheers🍻

Ich habe Altbier mit der Hefe gebraut und es war sehr lecker! Im Vergleich zu anderen Hefen, die ich vorher hatte, war die Gärung auch etwas "heftiger" (mit mehr CO2- und Schaumbildung). Man muss die Hefe natürlich vorsichtig rehydrieren (gibt ja genug Guides dazu im Netz) sonst wird es nichts.Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Ein sehr gutes IPA als Resultat!
