Delicious and super soft
I have always preferred Betty Crocker over any other cake mix. It doesn't just say on the box that it is super soft, it really is. For vegetarians, if you are using buttermilk instead of eggs, don't use baking soda otherwise it will be very delicate. I made this cake for my husband on his birthday and he loved it! Go for it.

When you live in a remote town and you buy a RedVelvet pastry at the local Bakerys...and then you order BettyCrocker RedVelvet from Amazon.in ..OhBoy! I can bake a Thousand-Times-Yummier cake than the TownBaker..now I'm thinking of opening a Bakery :)
