Moog tie rod ends
Good quality parts, and had an easy time with installation. Getting the old parts out was the hard, and time-consuming part. Would recommend the Moog tie rod ends to any diy mechanics like me:)

Excellent Value
High quality part that was used to replace original Ford component. It is Made in U.S.A. Comes with instructions / torque specifications sheet and additional new hardware shown (castle-nut, cotter pin, & grease nipple) in a sealed plastic baggie. Factory fit. Did not need to make any modifications or extra maneuvering for a trouble-free installation.

MOOG FORD steering linkage tie rod end
Supplier provided as expected, on time, well packed, in MOOG Box with MOOG paperwork. No surprises there. The part fit exactly as OEM. NOTE that Zerk Fittings are NOT INSTALLED. Use care when installing the lubrication fitting, and one might consider using PermaTex BLUE ThreadLocker to keep it in place, after all contact surfaces are thoroughly clean. I set my torque wrench at 3FtLbs or 36 inch pounds, and this is about right - however; it is critical to begin threading the fitting manually after cleaning any and all grease from threads with a clean lint-free cloth, or the like. Install with caution using a 1/4" drive ratchet, then tighten until base of Zerk Fitting is flat with surface of part (close to the 36 inch-pound setting). Mobil -1- Synthetic Grease (RED, is a high-performance choice that works reliably and resists invasion of moisture. MOOG suggests that you check or re-lube at each oil change, and that is good idea - although with this quality of grease - re-lube is not needed for a much longer period of time. One shot of grease to each fitting at oil change, won't hurt, to ensure that fittings are filled. Wipe excess grease from fitting area, rubbing it into surrounding metal to protect from rust.

great replacement
perfect replacement for my 1962 Buick Electra 225. Cut off and welded in to replace the Pittman arm side of the center steering link. (idler side was fine, low stress). cant find replacements so this tie rod end was the perfect taper and size. should go another 60 yrs.
