No Nutrition Facts
The word used " for Athletes" it's not just about eating healthy, it's about having a balanced diet that include your daily Macro's There are no listings from the author on the Nutritional Facts for the recipes which marketed towards Athletes would be expected to be important to include. The recipes are plant based and they look delicious will they fit into your training program "not sure" seems like a lot of them use a lot of fat. You will need to follow through and and list out your own Nutritional facts for each of the recipes to see if they fit into your training program.

The pictures in the book are black and white, and SUCK
Looks great on the cover, right? Never judge a book by its cover. I’m an idiot for that. Every recipe is in black and white. The pictures are also very hard to see and not appetizing. There are also no nutrition facts for any recipes which is more work for me, that’s fine. The biggest thing was the pictures in the book.

I love it
This book contains heaps of supportive data. It's elegantly composed and doesn't be excessively expensive. The writer will recollect that a delightful book is covered up for us. Much obliged to the writer for giving us such an excellent book.

Good cookbook
This is a very good cook book. I have depended heavily on it for making base ingredients such as the Parmesan crumbles, mayo, and ricotta. I have made the pizza a few times, the vegan rice bowls, chickpea "egg salad", buffalo cauliflower, and the orange seitan. There are probably more, but these are all really good. My only gripe is that they kind of put down the seitan and only have that one recipe -orange seitan. I would have liked to see more and even a seitan-from-scratch recipe in the base ingredients section.

We are really enjoying the recipes. My favorite so far is the the Spanish Quinoa Stuffed Peppers. I have made this for dinner so many times and it is always a big hit!

I bought this book to inspire my teenage daughter who is an athlete but has gluten and lactose allergies. However the photos that are in the book are only in black and white so it was not the inspirational source that I thought it would be. I was very disappointed and we have yet to try any of the recipes 3 months after I received the book. I would be happy to pay more for a recipe book that I am visually inspired by.

Nice recipes, but lacking nutritional values, cookbook aimed at athletes but gives no info with regards to amount of protein in each meal!!
