What I like is when I turn it on, soap doesn't go flying everywhere. It almost feels like a massage on my face when I use this. This is waterproof which is good because water can get everywhere. Since using this, I've seen less breakouts. My skin feels a lot cleaner when I use this compared to using my hands when I wash my face. I use the low setting when just washing my face daily. When I use certain scrubs, I'll use the high setting for a deeper clean. The ball attachment feels so good on my face especially around the temple and cheek bone area.
