Lights are very bright and seem well made.

It's a fine black light. The back of it disburses a lot of heat. I wouldn't allow this to sit on a surface for too long. I wouldn't place it on anything like grass, cardboard or plastic either. I will need to utilize the mounting feature to ensure that it functions to the best of its ability without having it's heat blocked. And so that it doesn't damage any surface or become unsafe. So, now I need to purchase additional hardware and something to mount it to, which is really a pain.

I bought these to add to my existing set of lights. I was kinda disappointed to find out that there made of plastic now. My original set were made of cast aluminum. The ones I just received are made of black plastic with a white plastic reflector. The reflector glows, kinda defeats the purpose, but all and all I would recommend. They definitely make things glow. The only thing that’s is slightly frustrating is they give of a decent amount of visible light, unlike a true fluorescent black light tube. But they are good priced, work nicely and make things glow good. Definitely a good buy if your on a budget for lighting.

Does exactly what you think a blacklight is supposed to do...makes most situations into a party...that aside, the light spectrum is much broader than the traditional blacklights we used to put in our bedrooms back in the day...Whatever you need a blacklight for, this is it!I'll include the fact that I found this on sale AND an additional $10 off coupon, so before Uncle Sam took his part, I paid less than $20....and it arrived at my door the very next day.

They are smaller than I thought they would be but they are easy to use and really good quality.

I used it one day to light up a Halloween fountain. Although the light worked well, the lens clouded up due to moisture getting inside. It appears to be designed as a sealed unit as there are no screws to take it apart to dry and clean it. It continues to work but the amount of light it emits is hampered by the fogged up lens. The photo shows the used one vs other new and unused one. I have written the vendor and will update this to provide what response they provide.UPDATE: Vendor was quick to respond and provided full refund. I would try them again, they indicated this was not the norm and would share issue with design group. Good customer service.

This 2 pack of black lights were really VERY easy to use outdoors. Used them for a party for my kids school along with a power converter and only tripped the fuse once 🤦‍♀️ Overall very good product for the price!

After doing a lot of research, I chose these 30 watt black lights for hosting a neon party. You may think you want a higher wattage, however you must keep in mind that although a higher wattage will be brighter, they are more harmful to your eyes. These black lights have great coverage and if you do look at them, they won’t hurt your eyes.PS: I do not recommend you look at a black light, however I wanted the safest wattage, with the best coverage. Please remember that is my humble opinion.
