DIY painting production steps: 1:Check the beads in the numbered packets correspond with the color chart on the side of the canvas. 2:Place a few of the like numbered beads in the plastic tray. 3:Take the "pen" and dab the end with the sticky stuff in the square block. 4:Pick up a bead and place it on the corresponding number on the canvas. 5: Use book or your hand to press the diamonds to ensure it's stoutness. Note: 1.This is diy diamond painting, not finished picture, need to finish it by yourself. All the products are measured by hand ,so please allow 1-2cm deviation. 2.Due to the light and screen difference, the item's color may be slightly different from the pictures. Personal painting
There were missing jewels and the adhesive was not good in some parts of the painting. I was able to substitute for the missing color and with a lot of pressure I got the jewels to stick long enough to get the picture framed, however that being said, James from the company was extremely apologetic and offered his help in any way possible. I WILL reorder paintings from this company again knowing that any problems can be addressed. Thank you James

Didn’t enhance photo
It took forever to receive my custom picture. Was not sure who I ordered first one from. I lost in in house fire. It was of my husband and I. I had house fire in November it was in room that burned. So I reordered. Thought I had right company. I don’t think I will ever order from this company again. The other company enhances pictures for you. It didn’t take near as long to receive. Make sure order from USA based company.

Bad quality
The colors didn’t even match the picture colors gave me colors that were not even in the picture I am little upset because I waited for a whole month to get it it was for a gift
