**Q: can it be used to make thai green curry?**
A: Its really not nice. It too dry and has very little fragrance after boiling. Not recommended.

**Q: Does this remove the smell of meat if boiled with it or fry?**
A: Nope. It's dried. So it won't remove the smell of meat. Better you can use dried lemon or lemon zest.
