Came in nice packaging , exactly what we were expecting , really good case for $10! It’s not as great quality as otter box but pretty close . Definitely would recommend it .

I was very excited to receive this case. The shipping was fast, and at first look, I just loved the case, quality and color. So here are the problems why I am giving it a 2 star rating and unfortunately would not recommend it. First there is no clear instruction how to separate the hard from the soft case. The one on Amazon is very vague. After 3 of us tried to separate the cases, I finally went on You Tube to find a similar product. Separating the cases alone took about 20 minutes to finally figure it out. The SE phone fits snuggly on the hard case, but when you put the soft case, it doesn't fit. I tried it several times but they are not aligning properly. Some part of the soft case fits on the ridge of the hard case, but not all around. For sure if you drop the phone, it will easily fall apart. I hate returning products so my remedy was to cut the extra plastic extensions on both the top and the bottom of the hard case. It finally fit but looked ugly with the irregular cut and sharp plastic edges that were very visible. It really didn't matter to me as long as it works. The next problems were: the opening for the charger was too small, the top on and off button doesn't work and the volume control is hard to access. I have to cut the openings on the hard case to make it bigger in order to make it work. The hard case really now looks ugly and was slightly loose. Again, I didn't really care, so I just put some tape to hold it together. Anyways when you put the soft case on, it hides all the ugliness. After 1 hr and 20 minutes ( which I think is ridiculous to just put a protective case on a phone) I ended up with a good looking phone, but with the top on and off button very hard to use. You really have to push hard for it work. Meanwhile, the volume control buttons are till inaccessible ( which doesn't matter for me because I almost always keep my phone in a silent mode). Also the front on and off button is small that my thumb hardly fits to access the button. So for the price, I am giving it 5 stars. 5 stars for delivery, 4 stars for looks, 2 stars for durability ( protective plastic cover is just plastic sheet and fell off already. lol) a -1 star for design, another -1 star for usefulness , 1 star for quality and 1 star for instruction. if my math is right, that is an average of 2.2 Stars

Just received this case today, and I must say I’m pretty impressed! If you are looking at this case it’s because you own an iPhone 5... so you know how hard it is to find a decent case for such a “dinosaur” phone 😋 I’ve had an otterbox in the past, and although it was a great case, they are pricey and very bulky. This case is built like the otterbox, but it’s slightly slimmer which is what I was looking for. The material is different than the otterbox, but it’s not terrible feeling and has a little grip to it. Overall, it seems to be very durable. Other reviews stated that the outer rubbery shell gets stretched out, however I think it will be fine as long as the case isn’t taken on and off all of the time which I’m assuming is how it gets stretched. Great $7 purchase!

When I found this case I thought it was an Otterbox Defender case. When it arrived I was a little disappointed since it was a copy but after inspection and trying I am not sure if it is not better than the Otterbox. All features and the fit are identical but the outer rubber on the Otterbox is softer-making it harder to get out of my pocket. The outer rubber of this case is harder and a little slicker and I like it! Saying bye bye to Otterbox - this is the phone case for me, Most definitely will re-order and will recommend to friends!

Initially though it was great. Then I discovered that humidity easily penetrates the case making it impossible to use touch screen and requiring me to remove the rubber outer casing and the plastic inner case to dry it out. Also, more frequently than it should happen, little flecks of dust and occasionally pet fur somehow get under the screen casing as well. The screen cover itself is easily clouded—from the inside and outside. Would definitely go with Otterbox next time. Worth the extra money.

This case is great and overall I am happy with it, I just wish that somewhere in the description it said that the phone camera will be covered when the clip is on it. You can detach the clip part relatively easily, but still. I don't think most people would want to bother with partially disassembling their phone case before being able to take a pic, especially if they are trying to capture something spontaneously and don't have much time to snap it. Luckily I got this case for my dad and he rarely takes pics with his phone so it's not so bad for us. I wanted to warn potential buyers though.Also, it is quite difficult to initially take the case apart. No instructions were included in the package, but I watched the video posted by the seller and that helped immensely! I had to watch it a few times to get it right, but I managed. Without that video I would've been lost! The end result seems very durable and protective of the phone because there are multiple layers to the case, and the clip works well. It's also nice and snug and has a plastic screen protector built in.I definitely recommend this product to casual phone users, especially those who frequently misplace their phone (clip it!). I would not recommend it to people who take lots of pics and use the power and volume buttons frequently (they're a little hard to push, but doable).

When I searched for an Otterbox defender for my SE this unit came up and I assumed it was genuine as it was called “Defender” caseMy bad in a way but I think the description could have been clearer.Now as far as a copy it’s very close to my older defender case and actually fits in it the originals belt clip.It fits my gen1 SE perfectly and overall I am satisfied with the case and will try it out.The finger print reader works great (I was using an older 5S only case w/o the fingerprint access) and as someone else noted the flexible outer shell is not as well finished or as flexible as the original. The belt clip portion is made from thinner plastic so I will probably keep using the otterbox clipI will see how long it lasts and report back if it has problems.

Muy resistente, protege al iPhone prácticamente de cualquier cosa, no es impermeable, sin embargo protege muy bien de salpicaduras y en cuando a golpes, me parece que es casi imposible que el iPhone sufra algún daño, lo protege demasiado, sin embargo, aumenta considerablemente el tamaño del teléfono.

It’s fine. My husband needed replacement.Sturdy. No problem with plugging in or turning phone on/off. We already had screen cover so no comment there. The round hole in back ( that shows the apple icon) started to peel out of the box, but no further. Not as nice feeling rubber as Otterbox, but my husband likes it just fine. With the bright orange/black he’ll never lose his phone. Good for price. Time will tell.

On top of the length of time it took to get here, It wasn't the right fit. I've ordered before and they fit ok, but I've ordered the same product and it doesn't fit the same phone. Not happy
