Arrived melted as a block of solidified chocolate
What a shame !!! It arrived earlier today as a solid block and stick in the jar. I had to hack it hard to get it out of the jar. Clearly it was left lying in the sun somewhere along the way. I'm very disappointed as this was supposed to be for a gift. Can I get a refund ?
