The most stressful part is really just measuring where the holdbacks will go and making sure that the left side and the right side holdback are perfectly parallel to each other. I would recommend using a pencil to mark where you'll need to drill the holes.Finally, their instructions say to drill a 1/4th drill bit pilot hole and then put in the drywall anchor. I found 1/4th drill bit pilot hole to be a little too big for the drywall anchors they provided and was able to fix that error with my own drywall anchors for one of the holdbacks.What I ended up doing for the rest of the holdbacks is drilling 3/16th drill bit pilot holes and then hammering in the drywall anchor. I found that was the best way to keep them ultra secure. They secured and installed perfectly flush once i screwed the nails in.They look very nice and elegant.
