Useless!
I had to share a hotel room with my cousin while on holiday. Having been told that I snore like a volcano erupting (WHO? ME?? 😄) I decided to spring for this Snoreze stuff, upon the recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately, my snoring was unbearable as ever (so I'm told, I slept fine!) and my cousin had to go down to Reception and ask them for earplugs. I guess it doesn't work for everybody.

Value for money, good product
That Amazon are very reliable and you can't get this product in the shops these days. Value for money. They taste nice and do the job they are supposed to.

Did not work for me
My wife would say it does not stop me from snoring and it leave my mouth bone dry as I wake up at night to get a glass of milk taste is awful starts of minty, but I end up with a bad taste in my mouth as I got these to use with my CPAC Machine sorry it did not work for me.

Didn"t do a thing for me.
Snoring, for me, starts from the back of my lower throat not the upper part so i was a little skeptical at first but thought I'd give it a try. But alas no. Other than the slight minty taste whilst attempting to sleep it didn't do anything as I suspected. I don't understand how weakening the upper soft tissue of the throat/mouth will help something that comes from the lower part. but there you go.
