No more farts
Seriously. I add a teaspoon to my soups and no more gas. I can enjoy lentils and mung beans again without stomach upset. It tastes super good too. Kinda like an Indian cumin taste.

Excellent Spices for Vata Types
I'm a Vata-Pitta type, but sometimes Vata takes over, and my digestion shuts down. This spice blend is tasty - it goes well on lots of things - chicken, pork, canned tuna, rice, etc. I have been generously using it twice daily on my lunch and dinner, and it has done wonders to help bring my digestive fire back online. It's a pretty big bottle, so it will last a long time.

I have a lot of digestive issues and a friend suggested I buy this, mix it in hot water and drink it about 30 minutes to an hour before my dinner. I must say it has helped with my acid reflux and heartburn.

Works great tastes good
We like the taste and it brings quick relief when we feel very full and bloated. Recently we tried Vadik Herbs brand and it was AWFUL. Unfortunately not many high quality choices available and Banyan has been out of stock.

Best for vata digestion and imbalances
This product has helped me so much with gas, bloating and belching. I’ve been using this consistently for 4 months now and have seen a reduction of all of these symptoms probably by 70-80%. It really has helped regularize my digestion and it is really easy to use! I either cook with it, sprinkle it on top of a dish, or mix it with warm water and drink before my meals. It taste delicious alone!
