Does this connect to the factory kenmoore wiring? The fan motor i ordered did not come with the harness.

I had the same dilemma. It is a 3 wire motor: Power (red), Negative (black), RPM Measure (green/yellow). So, I used the old motor's plug and hooked the new motor's wiring red to red, black to black, and the last is defaulted.
