Provides excellent coverage for a medium sized deck/patio. Easy assembly. Reasonably sun resistant Sunbrella-like polyester awning material. Painted steel frame will rust if scratched. Cranks open easier than it closes but that's no big deal, and is the nature of the spring-assisted design. Have two folks minimum to move the box around before you open it - it's heavy ("two-man lift"). Check out the various color offerings and their prices - some colors are cheaper than others (likely relates to Amazon stocking levels).
