There's a self-reflection/exam check section at the end of each unit which is also helpful for the more dedicated students. The publishers say that it's a good book for self-study but I'd say it's better as 50/50 with a teacher. Useful that the book contains example answers to the WTs and many more can be found online on various IELTS websites.

Good for vocab building, grammar not so much
A reasonably good book to improve IELTS writing skills although some of the Task 1s are out-dated and I know aren't used in the exam now. Each unit has a structured approach and the excellent vocab building sections that help increase a candidate's band score. A good selection of the most commonly used topics/themes even though only 11 units (12th is exam practice only). There's a self-reflection/exam check section at the end of each unit which is also helpful for the more dedicated students. O livro é excelente para quem está se preparando para o IELTS Academic Test. Bem didático e de fácil assimilação caso possua no mínimo 5 ou 5.5 como ponto de partida.

No se como un libro con un ejercicio así puede haber llegado a ser impreso, esta es la segunda edición, no hay nadie revisando? Resulta bastante humillante abrir el libro y que el primer ejercicio sea así... Vamos... En pleno signo XXI y que se sigan haciendo este tipo de definiciones y prácticas. El envío por parte del vendedor bien, pero el libro fatal... Lo siento... Aunque parezca una tontería estoy harta de que los libros sigan siendo así de retrógrados... Es que ni se han esperado a hacerlo en unidades mas adelante no, la primera...

IELTS 対策に役立つシリーズで、教科書タイプなので各章ごとに試験に使える語彙とフレーズを増やせていけるので、体系的に試験対策ができます。 表現の幅が狭かった弱点を克服できるので対策本の中では1番気にいりました。 他の人もレビューしてますが、このシリーズでは回答があってない箇所が散見されるのが少しマイナスです。 全体的に学びやすい工夫がされてますし、量的にもやりやすいので、 スコアが6.5以下で伸び悩んでる人にオススメです

第二版を買いましたが、答えが間違えでは？と思う箇所がいくつか見受けられました。できれば初版と交換したいくらいです。 どこかのサイトを見れば訂正箇所がわかったりするんでしょうか。
