Propeller doesn't spin freely
It's better than I expected as far as fit and quality of materials. I would give it 4 or more stars, but the propeller doesn't spin freely, which is kind of the point of having a propeller cap.

Good for decorating!
The propellor did not move very freely. That being said, it fulfills it's job of being colorful at least! Great price to use for decorations and fun.

Different Color
The colors are different than the website, which is important to me. The propeller is also a different color. Very cheaply made, propeller isn't in the middle of the hat, arrived in a flat envelope pretty squished up. Material is more like a thick tee shirt than a hat. Obviously not so great.
