Heavy Duty Resistance Stretch Loop Bands for Powerlifting Workout Exercise and Assisted Pull Ups

Good, but I’ve broken two so far.
I like these and I use them a lot, but I’ve broken two of them. They’re really good for assisted pull-ups (the heavier ones) or to stand on them and do rows (the lighter ones). They’re strong and can give a lot of either support or resistance.I have six of them and two were ones I had to buy a second time after the old one either dried out or wore out and snapped. They’re not great for durability, given that, but they’re good enough I’ll just replace them and not worry too much.

So far so good..
I have used this on and off for about 4 months so far and it has held up fine. I don't use it for pull ups as such but the couple times I tried it did good assist. I mostly do tricep workout and they held up fine. I have not used them too much though but seems to be well made.I do rotate the location of the tie-up/Knot every few days.

Love the bands, but hand spanned 3 green ones so far
As much as I love the bands, I keep snapping the green ones (top tier in the pack). The other ones hold up really well for me, but my primary use comes from the green-colored level of resistance. I've gotten bruises each time they've snapped, but I honestly haven't found a better product.I use the purple resistance for supplement exercises (lateral arm rotation, etc.), but use the green for more resistance on row/pull exercises, Palloff, pull-downs, etc. Other brands snapped almost instantly while these last a good 4 months for me.If you consistently use these, they will snap; however, that's true of all bands. Key here is keeping an eye on it and ordering a replacement ahead of time.

Use this with my total gym it works so great. With a little imagination you can do so much variation of workouts. Goodmornings, deadlifts. Double arm row squats and so much more.

Suspect quality problem
The black band broke after a couple of weeks, snap for no reason at all. will report back if any more snap after moderate use.

super heavy. perfect.
out of the box, the resistance is incredibly high, it needs a few reps for it to settle in, but it is the highest level band out there, and I am pleased. I have a mix of different brands and this is on par with all of them. mine arrived in perfect condition with no scuffs from handling.

#1-#3 is actually #0-#2
First off, if you are thinking about getting these, it's important to note, the #s in the item "Style Name:" do not match the chart, with the exception of "#0 4-band set". If you are reading the chart and decide which bands you need, then you will need to add 1 to each band number to match the item descriptions, or just go by color, as those are correct. If you order 3-Band Set #1-#3, you will get #0-#2. If you order 3-Band Set #2-#4, you will get 3-Band Set #1-#3. This seems like such a simple thing to do; have your chart and item descriptions use the same numbering schema.OK, now that is out of the way, these are pretty amazing. I can only do 1 pull up today, and even that isn't with great form. I used to be able to do 12, so I'd like to build back my upper body strength, but it's difficult when your set maxes out at 1. I have a shoulder injury, so many of the exercises you can do to build up for pull ups I cannot do. I also cannot do chin ups, as they tweak my elbows, preventing me from working out while recovering for several weeks. Fortunately, the pull up itself does not bother my shoulder. I tried these out and was able to do 5 right away with good form with the #2 (black) band. With the #1 (red) band and the #2 (black) band I can do 6. I haven't tried using the #0 (yellow) band, but am excited I will be able to do reasonable sets with these and build back my upper body strength.Great product!

All snapped after 2 years
Worked well but they all snapped and broke after about 3 years.
