If you are clumsy do not buy this. They are amazing. Super sharp. They slice an apple like butter. I’m overly amazed every time I use them.

Beautiful knives! They look exactly how they are pictured and were sharp right out of the box. They made and excellent gift for my partner. I chose these knives because of the protective sheath, since we did not have a knife block to store them in, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sheaths were made of strong plastic and almost 'locked' into place. Which makes me feel less worried about stabbing myself when trying to grab a knife. :)

Grandson chef on grill. Uses and loves these tools, only uses for grill meats, sharpens well. He is quite happy, also bought a case to carry and store.

Another gift purchase. These knives are great according to the receiver. They have stayed sharp (be careful!), handle well and seem to be balanced as necessary. Good variety of knives for all the kitchen jobs. Would buy again.
