It's so subtle but pretty, with just a tiny bit of sparkle. It's very comfortable to wear, not scratchy at all on my neck. The only thing is, it does keep sliding off with time; so I do need to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't slip off completely and my glasses drop. You can tighten them, but that doesn't seem to work with them becoming loosened.The attachments look standard, so I'm assuming this is a problem with all eyeglass holders, but I don't know. I think these are pretty enough to live with it, and just be careful. I got the black ones, which go with everything and look great - but I'm going to try some other colors too.Update: I did try some others, and some slid off a lot faster and easier than these do, and some stayed on better. So these are somewhere in the middle.
