The one essential hot tub accessory
All hot tub owners need this. It's solid, it's comfy, it's sturdy. I got it for my wife, who needed to be able to sit up higher. It makes the hot tub so much more versatile because you can change the height of any seat. We use it with a Sundance hot tub and it fits the molded seats perfectly. It's 1000x better than those stupid water filled pillow seats. Those are junk. Get this now. You can even flip out the legs for extra height for a small child. I have no idea how it would work in an inflatable tub because I don't have one.

High quality - solved problem in the whirlpool tub
The whirlpool in mom's new house was difficult for her to get out of. We thought of putting those handicap bars on wall, that is how difficult it was to get out. (whirlpool is deeper than a bathtub) But then I had idea to use a stool or seat - so you are still immersed in water, but raised up just a few inches. Went to Amazon and saw the excellent reviews on this seat and ordered it. It arrived quickly, is high quality and has a nice heft to it (so it will stay put in the whirlpool even with the jets even if not sitting on it). It is easy and intuitive to set the legs at either of the two heights. It is very comfortable and being raised up just a few inches makes it easier to get your legs under you to be able to get out. Would absolutely recommend it.

Very sturdy, stays on bottom, adjustable legs may fold in and pinch, possibly unstable in molded tub
I have used two of these for over a year. They are incredibly sturdy and have held up very well. You should be aware that the legs adjust by folding inward so that they elevate less because the width of the leg is less than the length of the leg. Potential danger in that legs do not lock in extended position. With a molded tub where the sides are curved, we have found that the legs can be forced inward causing the leg(s) to go from elevated to lowered position, and if any body part is under the seat, it could be crushed. We are still using it, but should be wary of this possibility and especially monitor children. After trying spa cushions that either stayed on the bottom when weighted down and were unwieldy due to waterlogged weight, I threw them away. They were not comfortable, they tore easily and they squished to not really raise you significantly in the tub - just a couple of inches. I was very pleased when I tried this spa seat. It is very well made and holds up to 292 pounds. It adjusts easily by folding legs in or out. It stays on the bottom. My only concern is what I stated above about the legs. I would echo from another review that in a molded hot tub with unlevel seats, the seat will tilt to the back. In a corner with a rounded back, you may have difficulty with the front legs raising up and sliding forward - we had that issue on one corner, but not another that was formed differently. We found that on a level surface titled to the back slightly, it works great. Would of course work well on a level surface as long as you are careful that the front legs do not slide off and pinch a body part or cause you to fall deeper in the tub unexpectedly.. We like it so much, I bought another. I give it four stars, instead of five, because a better design would be to have the legs adjustable in between high and low so that you could make the seat level in an unlevel tub surface by making the front legs a little lower than the back legs, the legs should lock and the leg bottoms should be a non-skid surface.

Doesn't move around
Great quality, heavy duty 2 different heights. Stays in place. Exceeded my expectations.

Great for a shorter person in an inflatable hot tub!
I purchased two of the Intex PureSpa Spa seats for our inflatable SaluSpa Palm Springs hot tub. I'm 5'2" tall and the water would always be up around my neck when I sat in the hot tub. The seat is weighted so it doesn't float to the top of the water, and it has adjustable legs for two different varying heights. When the legs are folded in (not used) the seat has just the right amount of height to allow my shoulders to be raised from the top of the water. Folding the legs out would raise me up higher, but I prefer the legs folded in. It's just the right height for me. The seats feel as though they are made from a hard / sturdy plastic, and will provide years of use. Sturdy construction and weight! The seat is best used for flat surfaces, not curved areas, so make sure you aren't purchasing this for a type of molded/formed spa.It works great for the bottom of an inflatable hot tub with a completely flat bottom.

Get this seat for your hot tub!!
Purchased for my husband to use while sitting in our inflatable Saluspa, and it's a great height for either of us! Makes sitting in the hot tub so much more comfortable! The weight is enough that it stays put, but it's not hard to move. Super helpful that it's adjustable, too. I'll be buying another one of these for myself!

Works as stated for comfort and height adjustment is nice as well. Will not float, just right weight when placed in my inflatable spa tub. Constructed very sturdy and no issues at all with base puncturing floor of spa. Its exactly what you need so you might as well buy 2 for the other swim buddy.
