I was lucky it eventually fell out.The buttons on the box (record, mode,power) get stuck down sometimes.Once I was able to start recording the camera did take excellent video on most clips, although some clips could not be read and no matter what I did the camera would not put a date stamp on the video.Granted I am using a Mac, but the directions and the support direct from INNOVV I received told me I could and how to place the date stamp on the camera.
