Q: Is this mini handheld fan quiet? i would like to use it during church services. i want to barely hear it.

Yes, this portable fans are pretty quiet at low setting but it does move a lot of air at higher setting, so you can hear the small fan a little more. at night I do use it in my bedroom and have no problem with it.

To be honest I don’t know But my sister just uses the old one and just adds her favorite Perfume sent on it
