Most floating aquatic plants for ponds are considered invasive in our state and are unavailable. I tried these artificial lily pads and they work great. They look nice and I tethered them with fishing line so they stay in one area. I have had no trouble with paint coming off. They are bright green, but i have many different shades of green planted around the pond and they blend right in. I have not seen frogs on any, but hope to. I used another customer's idea and stapled a couple or three together. I like the result. I would buy again.

I love the product and it’s perfect for my little pond, but a couple of the details on the pads are peeling off. I guess it’s because I didn’t realize it wasn’t for water? I don’t know exactly, but I still use it for my pics and I love the lotus flowers!

We can’t grow real lotus or lily because of deep pond and sandy bottom. Tried before. Plus we have huge Koi fish about 2 feet long. So far these are floating around. They look real and provide vibrant co,or to see from a distance. Waiting for frogs to jump on lily pads (we purchased several orders of the flowers and separate lily pads from same company). Quality is excellent. No smell or unrolling like other companies said who were cheaper. Needs to be safe for wildlife and this looks to be so far.

I liked the look of these little lily pad leaves, but unfortunately because they free float on the pond, they constantly gravitate into the skimmer. I will have to return these. But on the other hand the little lily flowers/pads are great because they can be secured to stay relatively in one place in the pond so look natural and pretty!

I bought these to keep strong sun off my small outdoor fish tank. I had live plants and they kept dying and making a mess of the tank. These protect the fish when sun is directly overhead and they provide some cover from predators, too. They are pretty good looking artificial water plants. It is obvious they are artificial but they are bright and colorful and provide the protection I was seeking for the outdoor fish.

We purchased these pads to provide cover and protection from predators in our koi pond. They are doing well for both. We didn't put on any additional weight and, so far, they haven't blown away during autumn or winter storms. They do move around the pond, but that isn't a problem. It looks much more natural than I would have imagined. Definitely a good purchase for us. We ordered a second set because we liked them so much.

I bought these for my pool in hopes to help frogs from drowning and the first night SUCCESS! I had purchased more expensive items to try and help and these are what did they trick.
