Q: Are the paring knives serrated?

No. I do not recommend these knives. Not sharp!

Q: Are these knives dishwasher safe?

Hi love the knives hate dishwashers so idk if they’re safe in dishwasher I wash by hand.

Q: 1. will these scratch teflon pans? 2. will they keep lettuce from browning?

Yes, any metal tool/utensil when used on a nonstick surface will scratch it. Always use wooden or other material on nonstick surfaces (pans, pots, sheet pans, etc), never use metal utensils. Regarding browning of lettuce, any damage to the cellular structure of the leaves will cause browning, either by cutting or tearing. Both will cause it, so no these knives won’t prevent it. That said, bought these knives for my mother and she loves them, recommend them as budget-friendly but very sharp knives.

Q: Are they dishwasher safe?

I always wash my knives by hand.
