I did have to keep using it longer than most as my lashes are very fair and short. They did grow and still do with continued use after three months. The only thing I don't like is it's more "liquid" and as others suggested it does sting like heck when it gets in your eyes. The other brand I use has a more "gel" like feel and stays in place on the lid. This one tends to run down very easy so be careful.
