GREAT FOR A DOG RUN
I have been using this rope, anchored 10' off the ground, as the backbone for a 130' dog run that I use while doing yard work. I have a 13.5mm pulley that rolls along it with a 25' dog lead attached to it for a 43 lb Standard Poodle (that doesn't tug toooo hard as long as he can see me). I used the factory loop to anchor the rope to an eye hook at the far end and then ran the other end through a 2nd 13.5mm pulley anchored at the other end. I then used an anchor cleat at the pulley end placed at a convenient height in order to be able to pull out any slack from the rope and re-cinch it. Early on I had to take in several inches of slack two or three times as the rope did (as expected) stretch a bit, but the dog run works great and the stretch hasn't been all that much. All of the factory whipping for the loop end and the free end were excellently done. This is a great rope and is not that much more expensive than vinyl clothesline wire - which did not hold up as expected.

Very happy with this rope, great quality, perfect specs for our 23'.
I did a lot of research looking for a new anchor line. I wanted appropriate line strength & length for our boat. This 3/8" Double braided nylon has a 820lb working load, and 4K breaking strength! Good size and length for our 23' boat. I use a 25' anchor buddy between our anchor and this line. The thimble makes the anchor buddy connection solid and chafe free. I don't use the stainless steel snap hook to attach the anchor end (anchor buddy in this case), I use a screw shackle for that connection. Instead I use the shackle to clip to a D ring, quick and easy. I've used all 100', and I've tied off mid line without issue. The nylon ties easily, and will hold a mid line loop without slipping. When it's time to stow for longer term storage, I just throw it out on the dock for a little bit. Being black, it dries quickly in the sun. After it is good to go and coils easily. Highly recommended!

Overall, this rode delivers but you must know the negatives
Rainier Supply Company, I'll be honest here. folks, If you're looking at this anchor line and can't decide what thickness to go for. I highly recommend going up in thickness....Not what's on the chart. My boat is 27 feet and 3/8 line is very common for this size boat unless you plan on overnights in rough weather. 27 feet falls on the border of deciding "go up, or down in rode thickness" I found Rainiers 3/8 to be questionable for moderate weather, so went up to 1/2 line. The Bad: I think they need to suggest going up in thickness if your boat falls on the boarder of a light line or heavier line. Common sense may suggest going up but the wallet may suggest staying down in thickness. I found the blue line to leach color after getting wet, no noticeable loss of vibrancy but it was leaching after 3 times getting wet. How long will this line leach? IDK It's up to you to decide if leaching color is acceptable or just go with the white and gold color rode. The good: Going up in line thickness solves any concerns, Good value for the money considering other brand anchor lines can be double in price...Rienier offers a good economical option while delivering a nice line, The stainless thimble and the eye splice of this rode are superb and beautiful, The shackle robust (for 3/8 and 1/2). Finally, this company actually has a product website and customer service. You have this option for communications and questions. Also they listen to concerns and care about product quality. That's a huge unexpected plus for any product.

Really nice rope
I bought the 1/2" x 300' and my capstan winch pulls this stuff great. It looks nice, feels nice and coils nice.

Works great - exactly as advertised! Bought as a secondary / stern anchor rode for overnight anchoring. Works well, holds stern in place. We have not used this as our main anchor rode but it holds stern very well using a danforth anchor on our 30โ Searay with flybridge. Hard to show a picture of black anchor rode in action so thought you might enjoy pic of our steaks cooking while anchored using the anchor rope as a secondary/stern anchor.

Perfect rope for to Moore my boat. I like the stainless steel attachments that connects to the anchor. Nice touch.

We buy cheap, imported, look-alike line for non-essential tasks. But comparing the two side-by-side the quality, workmanship, strength, and durability that this is a superior rope. In our minds there's only one question: To which one do you want to trust your boat?
