It was very easy to adjust the length and I was able to leave the excess in place to allow it to be used by other, taller family members. It is a very small diameter cable covered in a type of plastic. It coils to a very small size and can easily fit in my carry-on when traveling. The vendors thoughtfully provide a pair of backup hardware should you lose the hardware pieces for adjusting the rope. I do recommend that one always check and then hand tighten the adjustment screw, as they have a way of loosening. I highly recommend this rope to others. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality flexible cables *by M***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 13, 2019* I've used these as replacement in a swivel style rope and an RPM-style rope and they work perfect in both. The cable has a good durable coating and doesn't kink. It retains a "straight" shape after long use and after being stored rolled-up.The only point you may want to consider is that these are slightly thicker than an RPM coated cable. It's a very small difference, but if speed/lightness is all that matters to you then you may need to look for another cable.
