LOVE THE CHOICE OF TWO GREAT PANS!
These Pans are Perfect for making meals for One or Two. Products are really No Stick. I use metal utensils when cooking which don't scratch the Pans. Cleaning the Pans is so easy at the kitchen sink or with paper towels. Love that when I make Scrambled Eggs the Heat Distribution of both Pans cooks the Eggs the same all around. Great for Making Omelets! The Pans were Delivered Quickly very well Packaged. The Company is a pleasure to do business with. I Highly Recommend these Pans.

Really don't stick.
I only buy Gotham products now. I find that they work well and don't seem to deteriorate

Decent
The pans are nice, but the copper pan is harder to clean then described. If you wipe it immediatley when you are finished cooking with a paper towel, it cleans fairy eaily, but if you let the food sit until after you are finished eating, the food residue tend to stick, and becomes hard to clean.

Waste of money, not what they claim
Purchased 11/24 They were nice at first. Now they have chips and scratches and food sticks. Not happy. I was looking to buy more but this changed my mind. Past the return date too. I need induction and these were perfect at first. I went to the website. Isn't it amazing how on TV they claim use any utensil and dishwasher safe. Now on the website they claim better to hand wash and don't use metal utensils. Can't return as Amazon sold them. Don't waste your money! UPDATE: I HAVE THROWN OUT THESE USELESS PANS! THEY DIDN'T LAST. SCRATCHED, FOOD STUCK BADLY. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Really really good... at least for about two weeks of daily use.
I do all the cooking in my house, and I've never really had a "non-stick" pan other than cast iron, so I figured I'd try it out! The pans arrived really nicely and weren't damaged, apart from some weird spots around the edges that mightve just been a manufacturing defect. The very first thing I did was wash them out with some soap and warm water, and a little scrub with a soft bristled dishwasher brush. After that, I seasoned them over medium heat with some peanut oil, which is supposed to help protect the pan and keep it non stick. First thing I did was try an egg, which many other people have tried. It turned out great! I didn't add any oil or anything the first try, and it was sliding around in the pan. I was excited, and called my mom in to show her. The second egg? Wouldn't slide around at all, it was stuck. It was easily released with a silicone spatula, but it was stuck nonetheless. I tried again with a little peanut oil in the bottom of the pan, and that worked out much like the first did, with the egg sliding around the pan. Since then, I have been using these several times daily, and they've been great. Nothing sticks inside, they're very easy to handwash with a little soap and water (or just wipe with a papertowel). I have never, and probably would never, put these in the dishwasher. Everything was going well, at least, until last night. I was fixing some salmon steaks, and put my salmon in like I did the last time I made these- little bit of oil, heat the pan, wait for it to get hot (on medium to 4, mind you), and I put the salmon steaks on. I let them sear for a little to get a nice crust, as I had pre-cooked them in my sous vide, and when I went to flip them- oh the horror. They were STUCK stuck. I was able to flip them, but little piece of salmon remained in the pan where they once were. I went to bed, and had nightmares about my poor nonstick pans of last week. Where did they go? I treated them very well so I really have no idea what caused this. Always handwashed, never put above medium heat, and always a little bit of oil or butter. Today, I reseasoned them like I did originally, and tried to do 3 different eggs. All of them stuck to the bottom and left little films of egg residue. I'll try and order a replacement set to see if those fare any better, but as of right now, they're just slightly more nonstick than the rest of the pans I own- definitely nothing to write home about.

Great breakfast pans
The two pans were nested together. The larger one had some minor scrapes where the smaller one came in contact. So I am thinking they could scratch if we aren’t careful My husband said they are fantastically non-stick

Follow the direction on how to clean and use the pans
I’ve read reviews about this before purchasing. I noticed some people have issue with it being sticky and burn. I follow the directions on how to clean it and how to use this pans. I don’t put it in high when I cook with a lot of oil or butter. Soon after cooking, I wipe it with napkins. After getting rid off the excess oil, I wash it with dish soap. Do not scrub , use napkins to wash the soap off. Your pans will last longer and won’t stick. I love these pans. Follow the direction and it should not stick.
