It is authentic tea not a black tea like one person said. That is a lie. This tea is great.

I love tea. Mostly caffeinated however I was looking for a non caffeine tea that my mother may be able to enjoy. To me it tastes closer to real tea compared to other herbal teas. She and I liked it however my grandma couldn't taste it. It is a lighter taste more along the flavor of green tea but also very sweet on its own. A nice smooth tea. Also like the idea of helping boost your immune system

Tea is good, mild, and it soothes the stomach.

I've read enough reviewer mentioning the benefit for acid reflux and yes It helped me as well.Tea is caffeine free, slightly bitter, somewhat like black tea. ( IT WILL NOT TASTE LIKE PERSIMMON) I'm used to drink all type of teas without any sweetness to it ( I'm a black coffee drinker) but if you are used to sweet tea or juice you might want to add honey to it as it has somewhat of an acquired taste.Only thing I would suggest to the company is to have tea bags wrapped individually.Note : According to Chinaculture.org,Scientific research has shown that drinking persimmon leaf tea promotes a healthy metabolism and boost immunity. Whenever I have a flare up with acid reflux I just make some this tea and it takes it away. I have suffered from reflux my whole life and this tea is a life saver. It’s cheap and arrived quickly than expected from Amazon. This tea tastes better than I thought. Give it a try you won’t regret it!

What the heck is this? First of all, it tastes NOTHING like persimmon but more like regular Lipton tea. Secondly and although it says Caffeine Free, it's not, it appears to be black tea which of course has caffeine in it.
