I'm taking this supplement in hopes that it will help contribute to a successful IVF.I've been taking this supplement for about two weeks and haven't noticed any significant improvement in my energy, focus, or other day-to-day functioning. Hopefully that means all the benefits are going straight to my eggs! Would be nice if it were possible to get the same dose in fewer capsules, but the capsules are small so it's not a huge burden to take all 4.

The only ingredient is açaí which was important to me that there were not fillers. This was purchased for its antioxidant properties which are long term effects but I have been feeling better in general if I were asked.

These do help to promote energy and curb your appetite.

Love the Acai Berry extract. The change is subtle and gradual so its difficult to notice. However when you run out and don't reorder right away, that's when you notice the difference. A pretty big difference. They are a great immune booster. Which I hesitate mentioning, because I don't want them to disappear like toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
