How many cups will this loaf pan hold?

Filled to the top, it holds 1 and 1/2 cups. When baking, you would only fill it 1/2 to 2/3 full with batter.

Will these fit the black stone grill as the grease catcher for 36” grill?

I suggest using our drip pans, just copy and paste B07RHQFJN6 into your Amazon search bar. I would measure the grease tray to ensure our liners are a good fit. They measure approximately 8.25" L x 6" W x 2" H.

Can I freeze food in them (small portions of Shepherds pie)?

Yes, But I always freeze just the meat filling. Wrap well in plastc wrap then in foil to prevent freezer burn. BUT I make the mashed potatoes the day of serving, b/c I do not like the way madhed potatoes freeze. ( Just a personal taste/texture thing) IF the day I want to serve the Sheppatds pie is crazy busy, I have used " Simply Potatoes" madhed potatoes in the cold section of the grocery store. I just take them out of the container. Fluff up with a fork and top my sheppherds pie. Do NOT get the garlic mashed. Just get the original kind, and add any flair you like. Such as chives or cooked & crumbled bacon....depends on what you are using it for. OR make your own mashed potatoes, that day or the day before.
